Charlotte was absolutely amazing throughout. I met her at a wedding fair and she very quickly emailed me her ideas for my wedding. Her communication was great throughout and she was so helpful on the day. Really nice lady and I would highly recommend. I am even getting some of my bouquet preserved as I loved it so much! x
